INVITATION FOR PARTICIPATION

Dear Artists,

The University of Patras,
Zervas Art Productions,
the Scientific Committee of the University of Patras,
and the International Scientific Artistic Committee (I.S.A.C.),
have the honor to invite you to participate in the
2nd INTERNATIONAL ART & SCIENCE FESTIVAL
We request you to honor this great cultural and scientific event by representing your country & your University with your participation.

       Purpose

The purpose of the Festival is the essential communication with axis the language of the art inside the different.
The artists are called to create inspired by the Cultural Heritage of their country and in parallel to diffuse  the significant message of creation in the whole world. The similarities and the differences of civilizations are becoming art and point of reference, they are becoming a challenge for communication in a world that anguish in order to pluralism.

      Terms of participation

1.  Registration cost:    Exhibitions: 50 Euro  Symposiums: 100 Euro

2.  Transportation to the Airport of E.Venizelos in Athens or in Patras

(A bus provided by the organization will aid in the  transportation from the airport to Patras & return. )

3.  Send: cv, personal photo, photos of art works ( by e-mail ).

       Place
The art works of the Symposiums & Exhibitions will be created in the area  of Achaia - Clauss in Patras.

       Publications
All the art works from the Festival events will be published in catalogue (21cm x 29cm) in English by the Editions of the University of Patras.

       Materials
The materials are offered by the organization.
Colors: Acrylic / Plastic
Canvas Dimensions: 50x60 / 70x100 / 100x130 / 170x200 cm.

      Art works

Ι.   The art works for the symposiums will be created live in Greece.  (The artists who can not  participate may send their art work.) 

II.  All the art works for the exhibitions should be sent 30 days before the opening date. Dimensions:  100cm + 

III. All the participants will have the opportunity to create their own free personal web site in http://www.zervasart.org/en/register_new/ .

IV. All the art works that will be created in the Festival will be delivered and added to the Zervas Art Collections.

V.  The art works will be exhibited in www.zervasart.org .

VI. They will be exhibited  in the art gallery of various countries.

VII.The art work is not for sale and is not transmitted.

     Exhibitions

I.    All the exhibitions and the art works will be portrayed in the Festival which will take place in Achaia - Clauss.

II.  All the art works for the exhibitions should be sent 30 days before the opening date.  Dimensions: 100 cm +

     Accommodation
All the participants will have free Hotel accommodation from the organization.
Exhibitions: 4 stays
Symposium: 8 stays
(Stay, full diet, amusement, sight-seeing etc.)
Organization offer medical & pharmaceutical care.
