    Purpose
The purpose of the Festival is the essential communication with axis the language of the art through the different.
The artists are called to create inspired by the Cultural Heritage of their country and, at the same time to diffuse  the significant message of creation to the whole world. The similarities and the differences of civilizations are becoming art and a point of reference, they are becoming a challenge for communication in a world that anguish in order to pluralism.
